If you are connecting for travel and your check in time expects you at 9:30 add a two hour wait for a taxi during inclement weather, we recommend that you call our office the day prior to pre-book your taxi and if you pre-book it still does not mean it will be there exactly on time but it will get you on the list without waiting on the phone to get through and peak times are usually from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

Every taxi on duty is required to display their photo permit to drive in Prince Rupert and the permit displayed must be visible to all passengers within the taxi.
Please be aware that cameras are installed in each taxi and the footage is available to RCMP on demand.

Calling back constantly will not speed up your taxi, the dispatcher enters the trip when you give your address and the computer sends the car depending on where you are and the morning rush you must keep an eye out for the taxi as they will go to the next caller if you delay.
